Dear Parents/Guardians,
Parents who require a school attendance document for Identità Malta or for any other purpose are kindly requested to provide the following information:
- Full name and surname of both the parent/guardian and the student;
- ID card or passport number of both;
- Preferably, copies of the relevant ID cards or passports; and
- The year(s) during which the student attended our school.
This information is necessary to verify the request and ensure compliance with data protection requirements.
Requests are to be sent on mrc.naxxar.ms@ilearn.edu.mt 2 weeks prior to the requested dates.
